8/1/2006 - Project Profile: Dunning Motor Sales

Time, money, and flexibility continue to be the common threads that create demand for Modular buildings. Certainly, time and flexibility were key drivers for Jack Dunning, a partner in a successful automobile dealership in Cambridge, Ohio who called The Low Group, Inc. and asked for help in solving his critical space problem.

The challenge was two fold; attractive, functional space, quickly. "I am sitting on a piece of property that is much more valuable to a potential buyer than any building I construct" said Dunning. In other words, he knew a major retailer would some day be interested in this location and structures would be razed to make room for the retail space.

The modular building solution allows the dealership to expand quickly into badly needed new space with the flexibility of moving the building when the right buyer for the land comes along. From contract to completion Dunning Motor Sales was in business in less than ninety days. The business saved time and added flexibility...and that nearly always translates into money!
