Custom Build or Choose from Standard Specifications Today's modular buildings easily rival conventional construction in both quality and visual appeal.  There are no limitations to what we can do with the exception of one, your budget.  To ensure that we meet your space and budget needs we offer three levels of building packages: Basic The basic building provides a basic office or classroom environment that is both comfortable and efficient. Most have block tile floors, wood paneled walls and aluminum sided exteriors. They are appointed with proper lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and can be specified to include any plumbing facilities you require including handicap accessible bath rooms, kitchenettes, water coolers etc… Commercial A high quality building at an economical price. The majority of our manufactured prefab buildings fall into this category. Commercial Series structures feature either hi-rib steel or concrete board exterior siding. All prefabricated modular interiors will include amenities such as six-panel doors, vinyl-covered sheetrock and your choice of tile, carpet or a combination of both. Professional These highly attractive re-locatable buildings are built-to-suit your taste and budget. Details such as crown molding, recessed lighting and "storefront" glass doors add to the attractiveness of the Custom Series facilities. High-grade commercial carpeting or tile can be installed on site to completely conceal mate lines, and a wide variety of finishes can be performed on site to achieve the highest level of finishes and trim features possible. Our "BUILT-TO-SUIT" portable building plans can include almost any type of commercial building, from labs & clinics to shower and laundry facilities.
